Capita offers 'wholesale investors' with the opportunity to participate in a choice of 'property specific' syndicates that have been identified as able to provide superior returns.
The minimum investment amount is $500,000; however Capita may accept a lower amount from investors. If you do not invest at least $500,000, you must provide an accountant’s certificate to verify that you are a ‘wholesale investor’.
A fully detailed Information Memorandum will be provided on each investment to allow investor to choose which investment in which they wish to invest.
Investment terms are generally for periods between 1 – 3 years
There are no entry or exit fees payable by Investors
