Clayfield Project commences civil construction

The Clayfield development is progressing on time and on budget. The operational works (sewer, water, electricity etc) is scheduled to be completed late May 2013. The individual titles for the 8 newly created lots should be registered shortly after May. The sites range in size from 530m2 to 695 m2.

The marketing launch by Place Projects is taking place on Monday 6 May 2013. One lot has been sold prior to the launch and strong interest has been received from both local and interstate buyers. Vacant land in prestige areas such as Clayfield is only becoming harder to source. All of the sites, although elevated with excellent views, are all flat which keeps construction costs of houses to a minimum.

 

Capita wins tender to acquire prestige Clayfield site

Capita’s tender for the purchase of an approved 8 lot prestige residential subdivision at Clayfield, Qld was accepted in Sept 2012 by the Receivers, McGrath Nicol. Capita has now settled the purchase of the site, previously known as the Clayfield Bowls Club, and operational works are scheduled to commence in January 2013. The completion of the development of the site will be completed during May 2013
